At Lolu Active, we proudly ship worldwide. Every order is carefully packed and shipped directly from our trusted fulfillment partners to ensure product quality and cost efficiency for our customers.

We understand the importance of receiving your order promptly and in perfect condition. That's why we go the extra mile, double checking every package to ensure it arrives in top notch condition. Due to this extra level of care, please note that shipping may take 8-21 business days.

Lolu Active is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped.Β  If your package is marked as delivered but is missing, or if it is delayed in transit, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

To ensure coverage for lost, stolen, or stuck-in-transit packages, we offer optional shipping insurance at checkout. If shipping insurance is not purchased, Lolu Active cannot provide refunds or replacements for lost, stolen or delayed shipments.

To protect our customers and our small business, all orders go through an automated fraud-screening system. In such cases, our team may contact you via email to confirm your information before fulfillment proceeds.Β  If an order is flagged as potentially fraudulent,Β Lolu Active reserves the right to hold or cancel the order until the billing address and cardholder identity can be verified. Orders that cannot be verified may be automatically canceled and are subject to additional charges as described in our returns and refunds policy.

Please allow 2–4 weeks for international delivery. Shipping times vary based on destination and local postal service efficiency. Because we ship directly from our manufacturing partners, items in your order may arrive in multiple packages at no additional cost to you.

International customers are responsible for any fees charged by your country's customs duties, VAT, or import taxes that may apply once your order arrives in your country.

These fees are determined by your local customs authority and are not collected or controlled by Lolu Active.

Refusing payment of customs fees may result in your package being returned or disposed of by the carrier.

Shipping costs are non-refundable in such cases.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day return policy for most items. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.Β  If tags are not attached, you will not be refunded.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

You may use your carrier of choice, or If you'd like a prepaid shipping label, we can provide one, and the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.Β

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges at this time. Because our products are fulfilled from multiple warehouses, we can’t guarantee specific size or color availability for direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, you’re welcome toΒ return your original order for a refund (following our return policy) and place a new order for the item you’d like instead.

REFUND POLICY

To receive a full refund on your method of payment used at purchase- on eligible returns- all items must be returned to us unworn, unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, without tags, or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. All items are inspected on return.

Items returned within 15 days of delivery are eligible for a refund to the original form of payment.

Items returned between 16–30 days after delivery are eligible for store credit only.

No returns will be accepted after 30 days. If you return items after the 30 day mark, you will not be provided a refund and your items will be discarded.

Please allow up to 15 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (Though, it is typically 3-7 business days)

Note: Processing times may vary during high-volume periods, but we're working to get your return handled as quickly as possible.

CANCELLATIONS, ORDER CHANGE & CHARGEBACK POLICY

Due to a recent increase in fraudulent orders, we’re unable to modify orders once they’ve been placed.Β  This includes changes to sizes, colors, shipping addresses, or payment details.

Please double-check all information before completing checkout β€” once submitted, all orders immediately begin processing through our fulfillment system.

All order cancellations are subject to a $10 processing fee to cover non-refundable transaction costs and administrative fees.

Orders canceled after 24 hours of purchase are subject to a 50% restocking fee if fulfillment has begun. This fee helps offset irreversible costs such as payment-processing fees, packaging, labor, and supplier handling once your order has entered production or shipping.

Orders that have already shippedΒ cannot be canceled or refunded while in transit.

CHARGEBACK CLAUSE

By placing an order with us, you agree to our Terms of Service and Shipping Policy. Once an order has been fulfilled and a tracking number has been issued, the package is considered in transit.

Filing a chargeback while your order is actively en route or after delivery is considered fraudulent activity. In such cases, we will:

  • Submit full proof of fulfillment, tracking, and customer communication to your bank.
  • Permanently ban the customer from placing future orders.
  • Report fraudulent activity to the proper authorities for investigation.

We gladly accept returns according to the guidelines listed above. However, once a chargeback is filed, all return requests become void until the chargeback is canceled with your bank.

Filing a chargeback after receiving your order or after initiating a return is considered fraudulent activity. By placing an order, you agree that:

  • Chargebacks cannot be used as a replacement for our return process.
  • Attempted chargeback fraud will result in permanent account suspension.
  • Evidence of fulfillment, return requests, and customer communications may be submitted to banks and authorities as part of the investigation.

When you complete checkout on our website, you agree to all terms, conditions, and store policies listed on our site. This includes our policies regarding returns, cancellations, restocking fees, chargebacks, and order modifications.
